In 2001 our company established the manufacturing facility meeting the highest quality standart and holding capacity of the most safe and reliable production of Concentrated Hemodialysis Solutions which are used for the treatment of patients with renal failure. Production is carried out according to the GMP rules in a closed type area of 3000m2 located in Temelli Ankara.
Filing, capping, labelling and coding of solutions with different kinds of formulations suitable to different mixing ratios of hemodialysis devices arebeing made hands-free by the fully automated machines. The water treatment system again is fully autometed and it was designed as double RO system for the purpose of increasing safety in production.
The deionised water and the chemicals used in the production meet the specifactions of the European Pharmacopiea criteria for hemodialysis solutions. Our quality control laboratory is certified by TSE. Here our raw material and product control and analysis are conducted in detail according to the GLP Regulations.
Our company has also started the production and marketing of a new product called the Diyaplus Hemodialysis Device Disinfectant with Citric Acid. This Product has been developed for the closed system hot circulation cleaning, disinfection and decalcification of Hemodialysis Devices.
